• IBJ is a joint venture with world leaders in CS2 technology - Shanghai Baijin, China, which will ensure continuous up-gradation of technology
• It is a modern automated plant which ensures safe and quality product with the capacity of 66,000 MTPA. We are the leading manufacturer of Carbon Disulphide (CS2) in India with largest storage capacity of 6500 MT
• Our CS2 manufacturing plant is the first of its kind in India to use Green Technology. This plant produces liquid CS2 by using natural gas and molten Sulphur as raw materials. Most of the existing CS2 plants in India are based on the old charcoal based technology, which has adverse impact on the environment
• By adopting technology, deforestation of 58 sqkms per annum is being avoided by our plant, thus qualifying for 25000 tons of carbon credits
• There is no waste water generation, no ETP, hence zero discharge from the plant
• Sulphur recovery efficiency is in excess of 99.9 %, highest achieved in India till date in such plants
• Our plant is one of the safest plants, due to latest technology, innovative approaches and employee involvement in safety practices
• Process design ensures, recovering & recycling of 300 cubic MTs water per day, produces 200 tons of steam per day and 900 KVA electricity output per day
• IBJ ensures all its operations through qualified & trained manpower & from centralized sophisticated DCS Control Room
