With a vision to reduce carbon footprints in the environment as well transforming into a self sufficient producer & consumer of Carbon Disulphide (CS2), Indofil Industries Limited, Mumbai, India entered into a joint venture with Shanghai Baijin Chemicals Group Company Ltd. (SBC), Shanghai, China and formed INDO BAIJIN CHEMICALS PRIVATE LTD.
The joint venture has put up a world class manufacturing plant facility for producing 60,000 tons/annum of CS2 by using natural gas as a basic raw material, at Dahej SEZ area in Gujarat, India. IBJ started its commercial operations in April, 2014.
To keep our commitments towards quality, safety and environment protection, IBJ has obtained ISO 9001 : 2015 (Quality System), ISO 14001 : 2004 (Environment System), BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007 (Safety System) from BVQI.
INDO BAIJIN, in a very short span of time, has emerged as one the world's best and most preferred CS2 manufacturer and supplier at both Domestic & International Markets.
